I love most of the Thai foods, especially Isan food and this is what I explore recently. Yummy and tasty Thai food known as Stir-Fried Pork with Chili Paste and some vegetable. I can recommend you to try but you may not like it though I do.

I just fall in love with 10 most favorite black and white pictures of Thomas Murphy who seems great influences on Pinterest lately with all his great photos. Sometime, I feel like there is “NO HOPE” and end like “Flowing Kids” in the river.
I was thinking the smartest person in a team is always a great leader but in doing business, I come to realize that the smartest person can not be a good leader. It is said, “If you are the leader of the team and you are also the smartest person on the team, your team is in trouble.” And I agree that a great leader should be surrounded by the people who are much smarter, more experienced, and more capable in leading the process of success.
